After a crazy weekend without a single wotkout day, since Thursday, I finally jumped back into the gym full throttle.

I did a half an hour on the treadmill, an hour of weight lifting, and a half an hour on the eliptical. My calves were screaming and my hips were wondering what I was thinking, but I know that I needed to do it today or I could go a whole week without doing it.

Tomorrow I'll go back and do about 45 minutes of cardio and maybe a pilates tape later, then Wednesday I'll be hitting the weights again.

I'm trying not to get on the scale for a while because I'm not seeing any difference yet when I put my clothes on I'm seeing a big difference.

Next Sunday is my surprise Bridal Shower...why my friends don't understand the theory behind a surprise is beyond me but I've had several people tell me they are sorry they can't make it, so I'm pretty sure I know what is on my calendar for Sunday. I'm hoping that I'll have wittled my upper arms down a little more by then because I'd love to wear a specific outfit but its very tight around my biceps. Another inch should do it.
