Today is day one of my Jillian Michaels shred video.

My waist is: 36 inches as of 5:30 this evening
Bust size is: 40.5 inches/32 inches.
weight is 158.5


Background info:

I have had Jillian's video for 2 months, and attempted to try the video this past summer. I was really out of shape and gave up after trying it twice. Now I am determined to work out everyday for the 30 days. I will also add walk away the pounds 3 mile walk three times a week. I will do the walking first because I can actually do the whole video without wanting to die, and I don't think I could go from Jillians to Leslie's video.

And there you have it. I started today:

Day 1:

Finished the first level. I stopped 4 times for 5 seconds each. I pushed myself through the exercises and tried my hardest to finish.

The toughies were:

Push-ups
Side Lunges with the weights.

I'm a bit tired but I made it.
