I didn't do walk away the pounds today. I had some car issues, so by the time I got home I was starving (lunch was bad). So I ate two cheeseburgers without the bun, and some brussels sprouts. I did do 30 day shred. I had a mini milestone today. I was able to do one whole set of pushups without stopping. I did pause for a few seconds on the second set, but I didn't stop nearly a much as yesterdy. I even banged out the bicycle ab exercise without stopping.

I wanted to stop my abs were burning, but I didn't. I am happy with my little bit of progress. Tomorrow will be my halfway point on level one. I will also do my walk away the pounds tomorrow. I still feel like a jiggly mess, but hopefully by the end of this program some inches will have melted off of me. Hopefully I can burn off a pant size getting me down to an 8. I'd love a 6 but I might be stretching it. lol.
