Yesterday I did not do 30 day shred. I had every intention of doing so but I did walk away the pounds and just never got to it. So I have to do it today so there will be two enteries.

Well here is my weigh in:

bust: 40.5/32 inches

waist: 34.5 inches
bust: 39.5/31.5

Looks like I've lost inches but have gained a whole lb in a week. I think I know what it is. I have been having bubba burgers, and I think I can't have red meat all the time. So this week I'm only going to have red meat hamburger once a week and see if that might be it. I haven't strayed from the vegetables. So next week if that is not the case I'm going to see if diet soda might be stopping me.
