I have some issue with my sinuses....again. I can't stand it. I have been diligent with my Neti pot but the congestion still got through. I really hate having bad sinuses.

I know my sinuses used to get compacted when I lived in Connecticut every time it snowed. I wonder if it is snowing up there now. When I get these sinus issues it makes eating anything hard. I don't want to eat a thing, but I know I have to eat something.

Unfortunately when I get this stuffed (to the point of pain in my throat and behind my ears and down my neck, but not to the point of blinding headaches and dry cough) I tend to throw up what I eat. So I'm heading to the store to get chicken broth and some chicken breasts.

I'm going to cook the chicken over the stove in some olive oil and get some kale and make a chicken soup.
