Another day nearly over. Woke up and couldn't resist that urge to weigh.. despite telling myself not to. Had a MASSIVE dinner yesterday and actually woke up feeling really full and thought... no way can I lose.. but, yeah... another 3lb off in a day! My husband that is doing this with me has lost an incredible 13lbs in 3 full days.

Today I have eaten:

Breafast: 2 eggs, some halloumi cheese

Lunch: Tuna, Mayo & Celery

Dinner: Steak, Mushrooms, lettuce

Snack: Halloumi (ok, I love it..!) cucumber and smoked polish sausage (carb free).

Had a total of 18.5g of carbs.

Headaches gone, and starting to feel ENERGISED - woohoo!!

I'm am honestly feeling a bit euphoric this evening!
