The past 4 Days I have been working on just having low carb breakfasts and no sweets to gear up for tomorrow morning. It will be weight in day and the start of full Atkins Diet. Althought I had the word diet, I prefer to thing of it has a new way of eating.
I also want to cut the amount of diet pop I have been drinking. I know there is no nutrition value, it stains teeth, etc. - for me it is the caffine.
Another goal is to start lifting weights again, it makes sure a different in the shape of my body and my selfesteem. I need help in "no excuses" and "just do it" mentality. I let too many other things get in my way of success.
