I was nervous because I was going out to eat on Saturday night and wanted to enjoy myself without de-railing my diet. I did well and had a good time. It showed on the scale when I weighed in this morning, I lost 2 pounds. Yeah! It made my Monday.

I really need to do more walking and bike riding, but am content to lift weights on a consistant basis. I enjoy it and know that muscle burns fat. I think as the weight comes off I will feel better and do more walking - I know my dog will enjoy it with me.
