Tomorrow is a weigh in day and I have felt bloated all week and I feel like I am retaining water. So who knows what the numbers are going to be. Regardless, I am looking at a gym membership tomorrow, the Minnesota cold keeps me from my walks, I am just not as hardy as I used to be.

I like lifting weights at home, but I think it will do me good to get out of the house and do some exercises on the machines.

Been re-reading the Atkins books for tips that I had forgotten about. I am starting to get tired of my foods and need to try a few new things. I am also craving a Diet Pepsi, I want one soooooo bad!!!
