Once again, the scale is not moving and the fustration sets in. I am my own worth enemy at the moment, I know it is not my food choices but rather my diet pepsi habit has reared it ugly head again and I have not exercised in a week. It is a combination of bitter Minnesota winters, which makes me want to hibernate, and dealing with a few stressful items in my life, that I need to be stronger than and get to the gym and I need to make my water bottle my best friend again. On a positive note, it is so much fun to wear clothes that I have to fit into for a long time. It is like having a whole new wardrobe. And, when I get the next ten pounds off, I will have even more clothes to pick from. The words of the week are going to be WATER and EXERCISE!!!!
