Well day 2 and unbelieveably I feel better already. I know how atkins/low carbing makes me feel so I always wonder how I manage to fall back off the wagon.
Important things I've vowed to do from today are:
Weekly Weigh ins - I'm a scale slave I find it too handy to just hop on/off the scales and this can push me either way. If i see a loss I get motivated, if I don't then I get very discouraged and upset with myself and fall into the 'whats the point' trap.
Secondly - EXERCISE! I love the buzz from exercise once I start doing it so I'm going to make special effort to do at least 1 hour each day. It'll not only be good for me but it'll be good for my little dog!!!
So todays menu!!!
B: 2 egg muffins (OH my god these are a total lifesaver!)
S: 5 cherry toms
L: 2 hamburger steaks with salad
D: beef kebabs and butternut squash chips
