
Today, my 3rd day of Atkins, I have eaten:
Breakfast: 1 cup instant decaf coffee
2 eggs
2 sausage patties
Snack: 1/4" slice of cheese
1/2 cup of diet rite
Lunch: About 12 meatballs
cup of beef broth
Dinner: (I will have)
1 60z can of tuna
2 sliced boiled eggs
3 lettuce leaves
Snack: (probably will have)
chicken 3 oz patty or
pork rinds (0 carbs)
1 cup diet rite
Water intake: at least 64 oz
Exercise: 10,000+ steps ( already done)
So does this sound right? Am I doing what I should be on this thing? Is this the way this blog is suppose to be? LOL Help the ignorant please!!!!!
