Well, I think I am doing okay. I have lost about 9-10 lbs so far. I am sure the majority of that is water weight. I exercise daily 10,000+ steps. However, on Sunday I opted for stretches and light weights vs the treadmill again. Don't know how accurate the treadmill read outs are but I am burning approximately 600 cals each day. I don't run but will sometimes jog then walk. I am usually on an incline of 4.0.

The foods I have had today are:

Breakfast: omelet w tiny bit of ham/cheese
4 carbs

Snack: turkey wrapped around cheese slice
1 carb

Lunch: chicken, broccoli/cauliflower
4 carbs

Snack: lettuce stem with cream cheese
2 carbs

Dinner: flounder, salad w/egg cheese,
1 tsp dressing
6 carbs

18 carbs total. I am sure to eat a bit under the amount that is said to have a specific amount of carbs so I know I am not getting more than listed. Like the cream cheese I might have had 1 tsp not the 2 in the serving size listed but I count the whole carb amount anyway, just to be safe.

I drink water all day and occasionally have a beef broth with 0 carbs. I have cut out all my sodas but will sometimes have one cup in the evening. Today I have had more carbs than I would like but at least I've stayed under the 20 carb limit.

I feel kinda bloated today. I hope its not that T.O.M. Especially since I need to weigh in on Friday!

I think I will have the biggest problem when it comes to the adding 5 carbs per rung. I am only borrowing the book from the library and will need to buy it for sure to get me through this WOL eating. I have checked a couple places. I guess good ole Amazon will have to do.
