If I worked in a bakery I would be in SOOOOO much trouble!
I woke up with a horrible back ache this morning (slept on my tummy). So the treadmill was slow going and painful. I only did 3500 steps. I'll do the rest later today.
I don't feel like I am losing anything. My sticks are saying I am still in ketosis but I feel bloaty and blah. I am almost afraid to weigh in on Saturday. I sure hope I've lost those 4 pounds that would bring me to 20 lbs so far.
I need to work on my tummy a lot more. I started the stabilizer ball so I could work on my abs and man that thing hurts! While lying on my back I pick it up with my feet and slowly lift straight up and then take it with my hands, go over my head and reverse several times. Someone posted the youtube link with different stability ball exercises. This one is working my lower tummy which I really need after 4 c-sections.
Well, I've rattled on enough. I will go figure out what will be for breakfast now.
