I am a bit worried to see the actual number on the scale tomorrow morning. I always weigh first thing before eating or drinking anything but after the morning bathroom visit.
I haven't been feeling like I've lost anything almost this whole time so I have upped my steps back to 10,000 and I do more of the stabilizer ball and some light weights. I am sure that the weights won't cause that muscle gain....I think I'm sure.

Anyway, tomorrow is the big day! Boy it was hard the earlier part of the week but the last three days not so much.
