Well I have changed up my exercise routine a bit. I have decided to do the treadmill on Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri., and Sat. Now on Wednesday I do Yoga in the morning. I am also doing squat and ab challenges every day but Sunday. Sunday is definitely my rest day from exercise. Although I won't be doing the treadmill on Wed. I will still sometimes go on a family walk on Wed. We usually go about 1.5 to 2 miles. Nothing too hard for the kids.

The yoga this morning was hard on my back. I am having to do some of the alternate poses as my back won't allow for the proper way to do them. I sounded like Rice Krispies this morning! I was snapping, crackling, and popping all over! But I did it and it will only be once a week so I'm sure I'll live.

I just tried the flax meal "cream of wheat". It was very good but very small. I know I will be hungry in no time flat. I'll have a snack about mid morning.

Well, off to the shower and a walk this morning before school.
