LOL Okay the title is referring to the fact that although I went over my self appointed (aka inflicted) carb limit of 25 a day, I only went over a bit and ONLY with carb friendly stuff. I didn't once eat the "regular" stuff and I am the one that had to make it all!
I'll tell that was a true test of my will power!
I made cakes, cookies, haystacks, choco covered peanuts, date nut balls, and peanut butter fudge (thank GOD for the carb friendly PBfudge recipe!).

I am super proud of myself. I now have a visitor, TOM, is here, so I can't tell if I have lost any more weight yet but as of now I have lost 50 since "officially" starting Atkins and 58 since starting to cut back on carbs in early August.

I still have a bit more to go but I KNOW it is possible. I KNOW there is a way to finally get down to where I should be.

My cardiologist is so impressed with my heart rate, blood pressure and cholesterol numbers, and of course the weight loss, BUT she doesn't know it's from Atkins. I told her I was watching what I eat and cut out the junk. Not a lie, but I wasn't about to tell the veggie only eater that I am a baconator!
