Trying several "Antidotes" against high blood sugar. Started adding cinnimon to my decaf coffee. Nice flavor, floats, doesn't dissolve, but tastes ok.

Starting to increase the broccali family of foods. Love them, but don't eat them enough.

Still in ketosis, still not loosing weight. I think I need to cut back more on the protein and increase the good fats. Veggies are at the recommended servings.

Working on a pot of decafe and a gallon pitcher of water.

Feel fine, plenty of energy, close "appear" baggier, weight...NADA!

Hey, if I can get my lean frame down to a decent body fat percentage, look good, feel good... and still weigh 290...I could live with that!
