Yesterday's diet:

Breakfast: Shared 4 strips of bacon with my yorkie and chihuahua.

Lunch: McD's Bacon Ranch Salad with grilled chicken and ranch dressing and a Mushroom Swiss Angus Burger w/o the bunn

Snack: 6 to 8 pieces of my granddaughter's Craker Jacks

Dinner: diced turkey cooked with mixed veggies and mushrooms and a large salad with cheese and ranch dressing.

Throughout the day I consumed 1 pot decaf coffee, t 16 oz bottles of diet 7-up and a lot of water.

This morning: 288. Lowest in almost 20 years. Moral of the story: enjoy the fat, just not too much, enjoy the protein but likewise be realistic, veggies... keep em coming. AND...DROWN EVEYTHING WITH WATER!

Today, is the first day of the rest of my Atkins life!
