Began the Gunz 2.0 Challenge on April 27th:

Result of the first day were:
Biceps Curls, 15 pound dumbbell 4 sets (15/12/12/12)
French Press, 15 #, 4 sets of 12
Bent over Row, 15#, 4 sets of 12
Dumbbell Press, 15#, 4 sets of 12
Lateral Press (skipped, looking for lighter weight due to previous shoulder injuries & surgeries)

April 29th, 2nd day of Gunz 2.0

Biceps Curl: 15#, 4 sets of 12


Also started a personal challenge I called "Move Yer Bloomin Arse" (cuz I need to!

Walked just over 1 mile in 22 Minutes 11 & 2/100ths of a second.

Weight holding steady, but blood glucose numbers are in normal range. I hope Gunz 2.0 and Move Yer Bloomin Arse kick in the weight loss! Either way, I will feel better (or worse) for it!
