most of us make our own. Land o lakes does have a Splenda low carb one out but there aren't any others I've seen.

I saw a cool whip sugar free made with Splenda the other day at the store.

What's it made with? Cool Whip is a non-dairy whipped topping made from hydrogenated oils and other artificial stuff....

We make our own...

Combine this handy gadget - http://www.cooking.com/products/shprodde.asp?SKU=102325 with 500 ml cream, a dash of davinci's and voila! Whipped cream just like in the can for a fraction of the price.

how many oz are we allowed in induction? I just made 1oz of heavy whipping cream 0 carbs and added a pinch of splenda.. this is my first sweet food that I had had while on induction.. ohh it was good.. but now I am scared what if 1oz was too much..? one ounce before I mixed it!

Previous on induction I just bought regular whip cream from the spray can (forgot the brand, but it's the one with the red cap). It said 0 sugar originally, but the labels seemed to change over the years. Now it says less than 1 gram of sugar. I had a bunch (after a few month on Atkins) and noticed that when I had a lot, I would stall or put weight on, but in moderation it seemed OK.
