    Re: Induction friendly Pancake/French Toast.

Hi, I have a question for those who have tried it:

Could it be used as a pizza base, would it be suitable for that?

I was talking about that very thing in another thread.

I think it'd make a great pizza crust.

Basically this makes something to put stuff on or in.

Yesterday someone used it as a taco shell.

I'm going to bump this tread because I'm dying to try this...and maybe some newbies will join me!
I think I will try it as a "taco" shell or perhaps put cream cheese on it and eat it like "bread"?
I'll post when I try it out.

This looks good, but how many egg whites does it take to get a cup?

Take 32 oz (4 cups) of egg whites and whip them into a good puffy Foam in the Kitchen Aid/mixer, its real cool when they start to foam up, took about 2 min on full power and i got a big pile of foamy egg whites aswome.
I then poured the foam batter into a huge tin, and baked in the oven 10 min on 500 degrees till top was browning. I then took it out of the oven when it looked ready and, poured walden farms maple syrup.

Total Calories-440 for the egg whites, and estimate + or - 20 more for the walden farms syrup altho it is "0 calories"

            Total Carbs-1g or less
            Total Protein-100g

*Add splenda or Stevia in the eggs if you wish, or just use the SF Walden Maple Syrups!

*You don't have to use 32 oz, you can do 2 cups to make a single serving, just be sure to beat them enough!

I have no idea, but I think I will start with 3 or 4 egg whites and go from there.
