    Wonderous ice cream! no ice cream maker needed!!!

    Hey! okay...a great ice cream recipe that is sooooo good!
    These r the ingredients:
    1 egg
    1 tbsp of cream cheese
    2 tbsp of heavy whipped cream
    1 tsp of vanilla extract
    1 tbsp of cocoa
    1 packet of splenda or 1tsp of sugar

    Whip together and microwave for 1 minute
    Place ingredients in a ziplock bag and seal w/o air inside
    Put bag into small bowl surrounded by ice cubes and freeze.
    Ready in about 1-2 hours! Soooo good!!!!

    August 30th: PT test/Weigh in for the Naval Academy!!!
    Inches lost since May 28th: 2.5 Thighs, 1 hips, 2 waist

    gosh, I can't believe that's legal. I'm eating it tomorrow after I walk back and forth from yoga class and do my biking.... I will have earned it then I think! lol.
