I made a cheesecake for my husbands birthday and the pan was licked clean. I can not figure the carb count so I need help. Here are the ingrediants:
3 - 8oz. pkgs of Philadelphia cream cheese
12 oz. sour cream
20 Pkg Splenda
6 eggs
1 T. Vanilla
Juice of 1 lemon(can use lemon extract)
Crust: Food processor
1 pkg. Graham crackers
1 box vanilla wafers
1 C. melted butter
Bake @350 till firm. Chill.
After throughly chilled, put on topping.
Topping:Whip until stiff peaks adding Splenda
1/2 Pt. Heavy whipping cream
6 pkg. Splenda
I ate 1/2 of 1 slice w/o crust and probably blew it..
