Yes I did Carina, and it was DEEEE-LICIOUS!

It's one of those things where it sounds as disgusting as the "Cinnamon Toast Crunch" recipe but it's just as AMAZING as the "Cinnamon Toast Crunch" recipe.

After a few times around on thie WOE, I've learned that if someone posts a recipe, it's more than likely going to be very, very good. The reason I know this is because everyone on here is in the same boat and is trying to manage while still being able to enjoy the "special treats" every now and then.

    I hope I was helpful.

Coach, all you need is a mixer with a whisk attachment. Just put your cream, cocoa and sweetner in a bowl and mix until it's thick.

          It's really good!

              Re: chocolate mousse

I am soooo going to try this! I love chocolate and all the frankenfood kinds of chocolate are tempting and I here they can put you out of ketosis......is that true? The ketosis thing? And will this be ok on induction? I am past my 14 days, but not quite ready to move to far ahead.

                    Re: chocolate mousse

This recipe is yummy.....I just had a question though.. Everytime I make something with heavy cream I feel so guilty knowing how high it is in fat and saturated fat (despite the fact I know its low-carb). Am I really cheating myself by eating desserts like this?

I totally have the same issue...the idea of eating whipping cream makes me feel guilty, it's something I would NEVER have done before I started the diet, I always ate those things in moderation.
