Who ever came up with the cinnamon danish: Thhhank you! Just had one, and it was lovely, my dad even tried a piece and thought it was excellent... I know there are billions of versions out there, I made mine from the original recipe, but also put some cardemom powder in it(in my country, we have these sweet rolls with cinnamon and cardemom that are heavenly) and I can really recommend doing it this way.. I also made the glaze with a little butter, cinnamon, cardemom and sug sub... deeelicious!! :P
