The best thing to do on induction is just not eat any desserts at all, the clouds just string along the sweet tooth, kill it for good by denying yourself anything sweet for those two weeks.

try making some meringues (these couldn't be easier!)

first, preheat your oven to 225 F

      3-4 egg whites
splenda to taste (i use 9 packets, some might prefer sweeter though, just add more if you'd like)
      1 T unsweetened cocoa powder

beat the egg whites in a [clean! and dry!] metal bowl w/an electric hand mixer/stand mixer for a few minutes (can obviously be done by hand w/a whisk; it'll just take longer). after you've gotten them stiff, add the splenda & cocoa and beat to incorporate.

then, using a spoon, place dolops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. if you don't have parchment paper (i didn't) use PAM non-stick cooking spray. it works very well!

bake for 1 hour. then, turn off your oven and leave the meringues in there for another 30 min to dry out.

these are REALLY good. they're so light and airy and just delish. ENJOY! :joy

There is also a recipe somewhere areoud her for marshmellows if you don't mind eating uncooked egg white.

Occassionally they aren't bad and if you've got it bad for munchies they won't do you any hard carb-countwise.

Flax meal cookies would be a good thing too. 2tablespoons mixed with the same amount of waterand a sprinkle of splenda and cinnamon. Flatten little disk shapes on wax paper and zap until crunchy.

              Hi Joy

You can find flaxmeal in many supermarkets in the flour section. Or try a local health food store. There you can also buy flax seeds and grind them yourself. This is easily done in a coffee grinder. The seeds are crushed and you grind only what you need at a time; All the omega vitamines and minerals stay fresh.

you can make jello from gelatin and unsweetned koolaid and splenda. but pre made jello brand jello contains aspertame which is not allowed on induction

here you go the best I think

I have posted this before but I think it is the best..I can not stand the smell of flax anymore ..I had some of every flax recipe and I am done with the stuff forever....no clouds..this is perfect for anyone anytime I think make a couple of days worth it tastes better on the second and third day!

slice jicama if you can grind your own cinnamon sprinkle to your hearts desire on top then squeeze fresh lemons all over it ..the more the better....(you can pick out the jicama and stay with in the alloted amt of lemon juice by what is absorbed in the jicama) then sprinkle with splenda to your taste..I do not use splenda and am eating more carbs than induction so I add some berries or melon for sweetness ...jicama is so crunchy and goes well for desert...also you can try

a cucumber sorbet I mentioned earlier you peel and seed a cucumber blend it to puree with lemon juice, grate in some fresh ginger and splenda to taste then freeze in ice cream maker or freeze half in an ice cube container then when almost frozen put in a bowl and beat with electric mixer...

ginger, jasmine or green tea sorbet...same as above but make with strong tea and splenda you can add cream to it and make it really good!!!

avocado ice cream ...do the baggy ice cream and mash in your alloted avocado!.....
