Jalepeno Poppers

Take a jalepeno cut it in half put it in the microwave and dry that baby out then put some sourcreme in the middle wrap a piece of bacon around it bake in the over at 350 for 20 minutes and volah spicy yummy snacks or orders!! :joy

Interesting technique for those.

They also work quite well just done straight from the beginning in the oven: Take out the seeds, stuff with cream cheese, wrap with bacon and stab with a toothpick, bake at near 400 for around 45 minutes or so.

You can also stuff the pepper with a peeled deveined shrimp, wrap in bacon put on a skewer and grill---they're called Firecrackers and they are delish! :yes
