  • looking for wheat protein isolate?

http://www.locarber.com sells it (out of NY State, I think, and the webpage is back up).

http://www.low-carbing.com (out of Ontario, Eastern Canada)
http://www.lowcarbcanada.com (out of BC, Western Canada)

There's a great heap of excellent info on baking with Wheat Protein Isolate right here in the ADBB, written up by Naja and with a selection of recipes, too. It's at http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ic.php?t=23139, "Low Carb Cooking Lessons > Baking with Wheat Protein Isolate (WPI) Low Carb Flour". I highly recommend it.

Honeville grain sells it at a much lower price than locarber (including shipping) and they have a faster response time as well.

Excellent, thank you for the link. I had a very good experience and good customer service ordering from locarber.com, but other sources are always handy to know about.

That's great, and the 10% off is great too. Unfortunately, the free ship to anywhere in the US leaves out Canadian boardmembers and customers... sigh.

ESPECIALLY handy for your Canadian members, of which there are quite a few. It's a pretty new product in Canada.

Naja, is there any chance you can add this location information to the
WPI FAQs sticky post at http://atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/v...ic.php?t=23139 ? This would be helpful to those hunting the product information and would expand on the bit of sourcing information you have there already.

            Thanks!
