You won't be disappointed on any of her recipes....they are all wonderful....the muffins are so moist!! Let me know after you try them!!!
      Missy :wave

Her enchiladas are SOOOO good, after you get the hang of flipping the crepes. They are SO worth the time to master crepe making. Just do EXACTLY the technique she explains on how to flip them. (or they will fall apart...)

I just gotta say, the more recipes there I read the more it feels like Christmas today! I've been in a bit of a cooking rut and now I'm excited about cooking again. Yay! The pictures are very helpful as well as the comments on most of the recipes. This really brightened up my day! :yes

Where does one find flax meal in Canada???

Does Bob's Red Mill make it??

I feel so left out, living in small town **** where stuff is hard to find. Can I make it??

Check out all of Linda's Links

Yes; Bob's Red Mill does make the flaxmeal. If you can't find it already ground you can grind your own flax seeds in a food mill like a coffee grinder.
Can you request your local stores to start carrying it? Hope so....it's so good for you. Hope you can find it!!! :yes If all else fails you can order it over the internet.

These muffins are awesome!! I just made them- I would make these even if I wasn't on Atkins. I used Hazelnut DaVinci's- then I ate one still warm with sweetened cream cheese! This is going to be my breakfast tomorrrow! Ya gotta try em!
