I always feel a bit shy starting something off when I'm just a newbie, but here goes.
What are your favourite omelette fillings? Reason I ask, is that I'm in a rut of only using variations on spinach/ham/mushrooms/cheddar, and good as that is, I'd love some ideas for trying something new.
My occasional treat omelette is filled with a small handful of frozen blueberries. People always think that's crazy and disgusting, but if you're not grossed out by purple egg, it's incredibly good. Has anyone else tried that?
