Need some help here. Want to make a cheescake for the holidays. This sounds like too much splenda to me...what do you think?

That does sound like way too much Splenda... Here is what I use for cheesecake filling:
5 packages of Cream Cheese
1 Stick Butter
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 Cup Granular Splenda
1/2 Cup Xylitol (sub in Ethrytol or just more granular splenda if you need)
2 Packets Stevia
2 Packets Saccharin

15 months and Counting! (Dec Update)

That's the equivalent of 1 1/4 cups of sugar/granular Splenda. That's maybe a little high but not out of the ballpark for a cheesecake.Visit my NEW Low Carb Menus & Recipes site
