    Tofu noodles!

    Hi everyone! I am trying to find out a little more about tofu noodles! Has anyone had them????
    How do you like to cook them and where are they located on the Rungs....

    I have never had tofu in any form (as far as I know). I have never personally fixed it, but who knows...someone may of slipped me some!

    I'm just trying new things and new recipes! I love recipes...I love cookbooks! Does anyone have a great cookbook? I'm always trying to find more!

    Well, I'll stop rambling! I appreciate any info you can pass my way!

    MY SIL cooks them all the time. You can find them super cheap in Japanese grocery stores or even at large chains. You cook them like any other noodles and they taste almost the same.
