  • Hot Crab Dip

    Just made this in a crockpot....deeelicious for party or cut recipe in half and make for yourself!!

    16 oz lump crab meat
    16 oz cream cheese, softened
    8 oz sour cream
    1 TBSP worcestershire sauce
    2 TBSP mayonnaise
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    salt/pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 TBSP Old Bay seasoning

    Combine all ingredients except crab and cheddar, mix very well. Gently fold in crab meat. Bake uncovered on 350 for 20 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake another 5-10 minutes until bubbly. Or, put in crockpot on low for 4 hrs.

    24 grams carbs and 3182 calories in whole thing.

              If you leave all the other ingredients the same but double the amount of crab, it ends up more of a casserole type dish for a meal.
