Not a clue about tonight, but last night I was really lazy and made some flax bread in a square dish and then made a grilled cheese sandwich. More of a meal for when it's just you, but it was really good.

Yea, John would never go for that! Last night we had porkchops breaded w/ hot and spicey pork rinds and seasonings and a mix of broccoli and cauliflower w/ cheese sauce.

That sounds good. I hope some more people reply to your post. I have to cook for my brother and I and the best I could do last night was to put some chicken drumsticks in the oven and tell him to eat some veggies. Not very appetizing when our parents were eating enchiladas.

We're having Philly-Cheese-Steak omelettes for dinner here tonight. One of the few ways I'll eat eggs Probably a side green salad with it.

Steak-umm's -- for those "I miss being able to order pizza for dinner" nights! LOL

Zuccini tortilla: I cut zuccini in cubes and cooked it in the microwave. Let it cold and mix it with bacon (minced) and 4 beaten eggs. Cook it low heat and covered. One side and then the other.

I haven't the slighest clue what I'm going to make for dinner. I'll probably wander the meat isle until I can figure something out. Last night it was herb marinated chicken. So, I'll probably be stalking the red meats today.

I have all those ingredients. I would never have thought to put them together, but I will definitely be trying it this week. What do you think of a little cheese in it?

I threw a pot roast in the slow cooker this morning. Roast, tomatos, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, boullion, garlic, bay leaf and pepper. So when I get home dinner will be ready! Yum! I love my slow cooker!
