    So Lynne,

How did you prepare your lamb chop? In a broiler? What did you season it with? I like mine on the bbq grill, rubbed with olive oil and fresh rosemary and stuffed with garlic pieces. YUM.

I love lamb!!!! absolutely if I have to pick a red meat it is that or goat!.of course they both curry beautifully!....I am not a fan of beef or pork at all ...I also really like rabbit....so I guess I eat Easter Animals!!!....

my problem is I hate to handle raw meat of any type ..it is disgusting to me to touch it or smell it! so it has to be ready to go when I start cooking or I will not eat it...DH or my son will do the prep and then I am fine...

Fish and seafood fine I love them most of all ...Origam if fish smells fishy you should NEVER eat it anyway that is the bacterial growth you are smelling...it should smell clean not fishy! Raw fish does not bother me I love sashimi ...

funny how people are about food ....we all have wierd likes and dislikes ...kind of shows what a spoiled culture we really are!...if we were REALLY hungry we would eat anything!!!!....

Mindy, I just toss it in a pan or broil it, nothing fancy as it is just me eating it. Little salt, lots of pepper. BYW, it was delicious and I loved it...

If you already may eat nuts ... try this one. It´s typical from Andalucia (south of Spain)

          Lamb (in pieces)
          8-10 garlic cloves
          10-15 almonds
          paprika (powder)
          white pepper (powder)
          1 glass white wine
          1 tbsp. vinegar
          salt

Fry in olive oil (just a bit as the lamb is enough greasy) lightly the lamb. Add the half of garlic cloves and let it cook at low heat and at the same time, in another pan, fry in olive oil the other garlic cloves and almonds.
Grind the garlic cloves and the almonds and add the paprika, pepper and vinegar + wine.
Put over the lamb, cover (add some water if necessary) and let it cook (low heat) until it´s done.
I cook it in the pressure cooker. 20 minutes is enough.
Hope you like it if you try it.
