The supermarkets usually make deals with certain brand name cookware and bakeware producers, which is good. But the limitation is that no brand name is the best in all the different types of kitchenware - some brands are better at certain items, and others at other items. Best bet is to check out a store that lets you compare brands, such as CooksPlus. They have a nice buyers guide that makes it easy. You'll find the brand from the supermarket there, and learn what other brands you should consider. Well worth it.

I love mine. I got the kit from walmart they have them all in one box and very affordable. I think it comes with 2 pie/casseroles, 1 loaf pan and 1 12 muffin tin. I use them all the time.

          Hi

I use a silicon pie dish to make my crustless quiche and low carb cheesecakes. I think they're brilliant as you can bend them to get the quiche out so easily. My tip is to place the silicon dish on a metal one as otherwise you can easily spill quiche mixture etc. when it's uncooked.
