  • fava/garbonzo bean/soy flour

sorry to bother, info is probably here somewhere, but could someone give me a link or some recipes with these flours, went to the health food store found these and am wondering how to utilize them (I cannot find darned almond flour anywhere) Also does anyone know if any of these flours are interchangable with almond flour and if so in what ratio. Thanks in advance

BobsRedMill.com sells all these different flours and has a large recipe section to give you ideas. They also sell the almond flour.

Almond flour is different from the bean flours in that it is nut based with no starch; the bean flours have starch. I find the almond flour to be more versatile. I can't have soy anymore but the soy flour is also used in a lot of things. I found it to have a soy aftertaste though.

The bean and soy flours really aren't interchangeable with almond flour as they are two different type products (beans vs. nuts).

My grocery store has almond flour and other Bob's Red Mill items in the aisle with Splenda and other sugar substitutes.
