so I usually take my serving and pep it up a bit. It was already starting to cool down ( I work until 6PM which is when the kids usually eat) so I threw it under the broiler to crisp the skin up a bit. While that was in I sauteed ( in butter) 1 small onion cut into thin slices with a few cloves of garlic and a few sliced mushrooms.
