Hi guys and gals
Does anyone know if there is a certain type of sweetener that will crystallize like sugar under a blow torch? I know I can make my creme brulee recipe Atkins's friendly, but its nothing without that crispy topping...I'm kind of scared that I will blow myself up if I just experiment. Or at least lose some hair. Thanks in advance....umm I know this is a pretty specific question though.
