Wow that's really hard to top...I think i need to go shopping my cupboards looks so bare now! I have zero cupboard space, the little bit I do have i have to use for dishes. I have to use and old antique cabinet to keep stuff in...it's pretty..but doesn't hold much at all I'ts a fairlylarge kitchen but built in the 20's, people just weren't practical back then. We have barely any closets either..no hall closet at all, which is a real pain in the winter when you live in a cold climate.

My pantry's mostly spices and curry's, baking chocolate, shredded coconut, wheat bran, wheat gluten, soy flower...and some canned stuff for my hubby and 17 yr old neice. LOL i notice the big huge bag of sugar stands out more than anything...my fridge is fairly pathetic at the moment as we're going away for the weekend so i hvaen't shopped.

Oh and the reason there's so much tupperware is we have a mouse problem right now...if anyone has any good ideas for getting rid of them (besides a cat) i'm listening (i've done every poison and trap known to man..these are 'supermice')

ROFl. Mom loves her kitchen. It's funny though.. we have all those cupboards in the kitchen and the onl one used to food storage is the one between the sink and the door.. everything else has gadgets, pots, pans, books, dishes, etc. :yikes Takes some getting used to, but once you know where everything is it's a pretty nice setup.

Your oven only cooks from the bottoms?! Yikes. We had a convection oven that did that.. it got tossed. What kind of oven are you gonig to get?!

Orig I want a really expensive oven but I am going to settle for a Jenn-aire......because I can not afford $5000 for the one I really want but a double gas with convection

I am glad I am not the only one who stocks my food sideways!!!! when I had a chest freezer I used to just dump the bag and all into it after shopping I hate unpacking groceries and folding clothes ..so everything is in a pile even my food sometimes!!!!

:joy Thats the best way to put things away!

Oooh.. mom wanted one of those expensive ovens.. but she had to settle for a normal one (it's supposed to be self cleaning.. but so far I have never seen it clean itself!) and a small convection oven to the side.

You should see our pots and pans cupboard... talk about just toss stuff in! :laughing

Oh I'm gonna have to try this! I shop at a grocery store that carries mostly Halal foods and i have seen these..never really thought twice about it. and they sell so many neat package lentil snacks etc in the chip aisle i'm always so curious to try it all but usually too chicken to take the leap LOL. I just stick with the curries and sauces i'm familiar with (i'm much lazier than nursey, i buy canned currie sauces LOL) I really should be a bit more adventurous. Unfortunately though many of these things don't have carb counts and by the time i get home to check them on the 'net i've forgotten what they were called. I'm gonna bring a notepad with me next time...

Well, I decided to go ahead and post these, I apologize that the top shelf is blacked out in all of them :sadblinky I'm really bummed cause I don't have a digital like most of you so I had to take these and then have them developed before I knew they were all going to come out bad! Oh well. I'll try again, camera is going in the shop today after work, so hopefully it will be fixed soon!

These are great! MO don't feel bad, I don't have a digital either at the moment. Taking a few pics tonight, get them developed at the 1 hr, so TBD!!!!! (Plus my cubbards really are bare as I just went out of town and need to grocery shop). So all you might get at the moment is the spice drawer.....we'll see!!

Thanks Mindykins! I love my camera, I 'm just bummed that it's screwing up! I will never get rid of it though, my dad bought it for me for my HS graduation...and that was way way back in '79, this is the first trouble I've had with it, I think it just needs a "lube job"

MOG you keep your fridge and shelves so neat! mine are a mess!

You have Goya Adobo on one of your shelves, I have seen this at the store but wasn't quite sure what it is or what I would use it on? I use canned 'Chipotles En Adobo Sauce' I just thought adobo was a tomato sauce but i guess it's a spice?
