Try this sauce. Warm or cold. As you like.
I like it warm to cauliflower, cabbage and broccoli as sometimes these weggies need more flavour.
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 minced onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 tbsp. paprika (powder)
4 tbsp. vinegar (I use wine winegar)
1 bay lef
1 tbsp. dried parsil
Salt and black pepper
Fry the onion in the olive oil. Add the bay leaf.
When the onion is soft add the garlic.
Let it cook just for a minute and add the vinegar.
Let the alcohol vaporates and add the salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of water. Let it boil and add the parsil and the paprika. Toss quickly and remove from heat.
I hope you like it.
