Was looking for a different recipe to make for supper tonight and here is what Ill be having.
Ingrediants: 2# Tilapia, 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. softened butter, 3 T. mayo, 2 T. lemon juice, 1/4 t. dried basil. 1/4 t. ground black pepper, 1/8 t. onion powder, 1/8 t. celery salt.
Directions:
Preheat oven broiler and grease pan. In a small bowl, mix together Parm. butter, mayo, and lemon juice. Seaseon with seasonings. Set aside. Arrange fillets in a single layer on prepared pan. broil 2-3 minutes. Flip fillets over and broil a few more minutes. Remove fillets and cover with Parm mix on top side. Broil 2 more minutes or until browned and fish flakes easily.
