As requested...here are my latest "creations"
I fried the burger loose-meat style, with a little salt, pepper, and fresh garlic...drained it well and put it back in the pan. Then I put slices of swiss cheese on the burger, put the lid on and let it sit on low for about 10 minutes. Put the burger on my plate, added some chopped lettuce and drizzled 2 tbs of ranch dressing on it.

Also....
Take some deer burger that has been fried with pepper, garlic, and real butter (frying deer in butter is the secret to making it not so dry). Put hot pepper/pepper-jack cheese on it and let melt.
Deer meat is great! If you are watching your calories (I know we're not supposed to, but I like to keep mine under a certain amount every day) deer is wayyyyy less calories than beef. This is what my fitday says...
1 pound ground beef = 1284 Calories, and 92g of fat
1 pound ground deer= 120 Calories and 0 fat
That's great for me, I add fat to my deer by using butter, bacon, cheese, or ranch dressing. That gives me some fat eat time I eat it, because we are supposed to have some fat with each meal.
I made the deer creation last night for supper, and then realized we are out of bread (hubby loves his bread), but he ate it on his plate and loved it without the bread!
