Last night i was bored so i tried a new recipe, it came out so good, that I had 2 helpings.
Here is the recipe.
I used Iced glazed chicken (the frozen kind that you can cook frozen)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
mix together 2 tablespoons worchershire sauce(no carb kind) 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1/2 stick butter (melted) 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablesoon splenda. This is enough for one chicen breast. I had to add a dab here and there to get it to taste right, so you will have to experiment. I was trying for a sweet and salty oriental taste with a bit of a twang.
Put the chicken breast in a pan, pour the liquid mix over it ( It's very liquidy, but you'll need to pour so the seeds will stick) and sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the chicken. Bake for 1 hr and 10 minutes.
