    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup crushed Spicy Pork rinds
    1-2 eggs
    4 ounces cream cheese
    1/2 packet dry ranch seasoning (or to taste)
    1-2 tablespoons heavy cream
    1-2 tablespoons oil

    Heat oil in frying pan. Dip chicken breasts in egg and roll in crushed pork rinds. Fry untill crispy and cooked through. In seperate pan warm cream cheese untill soft. Add heavy cream into cream cheese until thick but saucy. Stir in ranch seasoning to taste. Serve crispy chicken breasts slathered in Ranch sauce. Absolutely yummy!Great induction meal too!
