Corned Beef w/ a Different Cabbage

So i made corned beef in the crockpot and i wanted to try someting a little different with the cabbage .. It turned out really yummy .. Try it some time


I got a whole head of cabbage and chopped it up kinda like i would for cole slaw .. (Thin Strips) .. Then i Chopped a lg red onion into thin slices .. Then chopped up a bunch of celery (about 5 stocks )

I just got a big pot and fried it in butter and a little olive oil .. it got all krispy on edges yet soft and tender .. very yummy
