  • Chicken Parmesan

    Yummy chicken parmesan-very easy.

    Brown chicken breast in skillet with oil.
    Add whatever spices (I used garlic powder, s&p)
    Put in greased baking dish
    Preheat oven to 400.
    Top with store bought-no added sugar pasta sauce (or linda's site has homemade pasta sauce, but the carb count is very close)
    sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes.

    Optional (and i definately recommend)
    Add pepperjack cheese on top of the chicken....this is what made it sooo good to me.

    I think the carb count is right around 7g with the sauce I used.
