  • Spicy Tuna Patties

    Can be used on induction

    6.5 oz canned tuna packed in water
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons flax seed meal
    1 cup crushed spicy pork rinds
    1 Tablespoon butter

    Drain tuna. Mix tuna, flaxseed meal, porkrinds and egg in a large bowl till nicely combined. Seperate the mixture into thirds and roll each third into a ball, then flatten to make a patty. Melt butter in non-stick skillet. Fry patties long enough to brown on both sides and heat all the way through. Makes 3 patties
