I got so excited about these I had to share!! :icondance :icondance
I got some Carb Options Asian Teriyaki marinade at the store last night. Let me tell you, I just made the BEST spareribs I have EVER had with it (excluding Famous Dave's, of course)! It has one carb per tablespoon, so I decided not to use it as a marinade because I wouldn't be able to know how much of it seeped into the meat. I put some olive oil in the bottom of a roasting pan, put the ribs in, sprinkled with more olive oil and some salt and pepper. I covered the pan with foil and baked them at 350 for about 30 minutes, then put some of the marinade on them, returned them to the oven uncovered and baked about 40 minutes longer. I think I used about 1/4 cup of marinade on a full rack of ribs. It does have splenda in it, so I made sure to add that into my splenda total for the day.
